Exciting Progress and New Features: The unidice Journey Continues

Hey there!

First off, we owe you a big apology for the radio silence lately. We've been so engrossed in upgrading the unidice with touch displays, integrating a gyroscope with a Machine Learning Core, and enhancing the processor, that we lost track of time! These upgrades took more effort than we anticipated, and we wanted to make as much progress as possible, so we focused all our energy on development.

But we have some exciting news to share! 🚀 The unidice is coming along fantastically, and we can't wait to show you what we've been working on, so here is it! To give you a glimpse, we've created a thrilling trailer from the Nuremberg Toy Fair, where we're currently showcasing the new unidice to the world! Check out the Trailer here:

The biggest hit at the convention so far is the Tale Spinner, our first gamification application for kids! It generates stories based on inputs from kids using the unidice and even does a voiceover to read the story aloud. It's a hit with the little ones and parents alike!

We're also super excited about our car controller, made possible thanks to the awesome team at Fischertechnik. They let us test it with their new BLE line, and it's a blast to play with!

Our endless runner game was initially just a showcase for the unidice as a controller, but it turned out to be incredibly addictive. So addictive, in fact, that we've decided to release it as a free-to-play app along with the unidice!

And to top it all off, we've set up a tumbler at the convention where a unidice is constantly rolling to showcase its durability. We let it roll throughout the whole time we were at the fair, it still looks as good as new!

In addition to these exciting developments, we're also working hard on adapting our SDKs to the new firmware and hardware. This process is taking a bit longer than expected, but we're committed to getting it just right. We can't wait to share the updated SDKs with all of you very soon!

A special shoutout to our incredible devs, Maks, Jashan, and Andreas, who worked tirelessly to get the unidice ready for the convention. Their endless hours and dedication have been instrumental in bringing our vision to life. We can't thank them enough!

Thank you for your unremittingly support and patience. We're working hard to make the unidice everything you wished for and give our all to fulfil all the dreams and visions for it that we have. Stay tuned for more updates!

Best,

The unidice Team
