• Email address associated with your Kickstarter account

• Order number

• Shipping address:

  • Street name

  • House/building number

  • Country

• IBAN

• BIC

• Country of your bank

Important Timeline

Kickstarter Backers: All refunds will be processed by December 2025. If you contact us after December, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Preorder Customers (Non-Kickstarter): All refunds will be completed by December 2025.
